3S Solar Block Solar Control Coatings for Multiwall Polycarbonate Sheets:

Eco Products family of transparent, solar control coatings – 3S Solar Block - on multiwall polycarbonate sheets significantly reduce solar heat while offering high levels of light transmission, and reducing energy costs for cooling and lighting buildings. Unlike most glazing where heat blockage is achieved by translucent or opaque treatments which greatly reduce light transmission, 3S Solar block lets in the entire spectrum of visible light. It also blocks up to 99.9% of UV light.

Glazing coated with 3S Solar Block may be used for curtain walls, roof domes, skylights, walkways and other day lighting applications where it is desirable to admit high levels of visible light while keeping excess heat to a minimum. The coating has low-e properties providing the additional benefit of low U-value (thermal insulation).

3S Solar Block coating can be applied on virtually any multiwall polycarbonate sheet and is available in variety of colors depending on the architectural design and solar control and light transmission requirements.

VE Series coatings are transparent and available in light green tints. They block up to 95% near infra red heat while at the same time offering great flexibility in specifying desired light transmission.

                  
VR Series coatings offer the architectural community a variety of colors to specify for there projects. It is available in gold, purple and blue tints with different solar properties than that provided by the VE Series.
