David M. MillerPresidentMr. Miller, 56, has 24 years of hands-on experience at Duo-Gard in research and development, sales, marketing, management, engineering and production for both shelter systems and daylighting. He has extensive experience in finance, investment analysis and corporate financial management. He is a consultant to architects, interior designers, transportation authorities, facility managers and energy engineers, working with all aspects of design and building envelope performance. He collaborates closely with Executive Vice President Michael Arvidson in serving Duo-Gard's municipal and federal clients seeking innovative solutions in shelter systems and special-purpose outdoor structures. As a speaker, he presents information and insight about environmental issues and green building innovations. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University.
Michael B. ArvidsonExecutive Vice PresidentMr. Arvidson, 54, is involved in research and development, marketing, sales management, engineering and production for both shelter systems and daylighting. For 24 years, he has led Duo-Gard in developing specialty shelters and outdoor structure product lines. He is a consultant to transportation authorities, facility managers, architects and engineers faced with implementing strategies for private clients and public customers. His special focus is collaborating with authorities across the country in developing innovative, cost-effective custom strategies designed to enhance alternative and public transportation at the specific community level. He holds a Bachelor of General Studies degree from the University of Michigan.
